- The Token/Booking Amount paid at the time of booking confirms your interest and is generally non-refundable.
- However, in the following exceptional cases, you will receive a 100% refund (without deduction):

✅ If the allotted plot/unit becomes unavailable due to internal or legal issues.
🔹 Cancellation Requests

- Approved refunds will be processed within 15 to 30 working days from the date of acceptance of the cancellation request.
- Refunds will be made via bank transfer to the same account from which the payment was made, unless mutually agreed otherwise.
